First Reconciliation (2)

Sacramental preparation for First Reconciliation will be taught by a trained catechist outside the Family Faith Formation Sessions. First Reconciliation instruction is received in the 2nd grade.

Families will attend once a month for Family Faith Formation with their child; and the child will have addtional lessons for First Reconciliaiton. (Please see Faith Formation schedule for these sessions) 

Parents, You are invited to attend on the following occasions : First Reconciliation parent meeting, First Reconciliation retreat, and First Reconciliation Service.

First Penance Important Dates (2025 - 2026)

* Parent Meeting: Oct 16 @ 7 PM

* Retreat: January 31st @ 9:30 AM – 11:30AM (1 parent/caregiver attends)                     

* First Penance Service: Saturday March 28th @ 1:00 PM

Classes (Sunday 11:00- 12:15 AM in the school building):

Oct 26/ Nov 23 / Jan 25 / Feb 22 / Mar 22

If a child is absent from sacramental preparation class, the child’s parent/ caregiver is responsible for teaching the missed lesson at home. A paper copy of the missed lesson will be given to the child. Please complete lesson and bring back. Thanks.
