The Catholic Sacrament of Reconciliation (also known as Penance, or Penance and Reconciliation) has three elements: conversion, confession and celebration. In it we find God's unconditional forgiveness; as a result we are called to forgive others.
The Sacrament of Confession (Penance) is available at 4:00 PM on Saturdays ; also anytime on request or appointment.
We have special Penitential Celebrations prior to Christmas and Easter.
Penance is act of Pure Love of God, and admission of our humanity.
Second graders will receive First Reconciliation instruction during their class time in the Traditional Religious Education and Family Religion programs.
