Confirmation is a 2 year program for 9th and 10th Grade, public and parochial school students. This unique program is designed to promote an deeper understanding of the unique mission God has written upon the hearts of each one of us! Our teens learn to discover deeper meaning about their faith and that they are called to a higher purpose! The 9th and 10th graders meet for 6 classes each year as well as one retreat. The Confirmation classes meet on Sunday evenings from 7-8:30 PM October – January.
Both Life Teen and Confirmation preparation programs consist of interactive nights featuring, community building activities, teachings, small group discussions, skits, prayer, and socials . Students are drawn to the close connections and fellowship that is fostered in these programs. Our core team is committed to providing an enriching spiritual and social experience for the formation of your teen.
We are involved in many social events and spiritual retreats; including a Life Teen/Confirmation student retreat, parish-wide volunteering and outreach opportunities.
Public School Students will also attend Life Teen from January - April.

~ Attend Retreat : October 29th 1-6 at Annunciation (Public and Parochial Students)

10th Grade:
~ Attend Retreat : Feb. 4th or Feb. 25th; 1-7 at St. Vincents (Public and Parochial Students)

~ Sponsor Form (if not from SVDP Parish) : (Due by April 2nd)

Attendance Policy: If student is absent from Confirmation preparation class, the student is responsible for obtaining homework from missed lesson. In order for the student to receive credit for the class, the lesson must be completed and returned. All completed lessons may be turned in at class, emailed to stvincentccd@gmail.com, dropped off at Religious Ed office, or religious ed mailbox.
